Is anyone else doing this? (Or anyone elses OH?)

My OH is currently sporting a 70's style pimp 'Mo', which strangely suits him. Except when he strokes the edges and gives me a purvey look, but then that's just funny.

He's had some strange looks from people and being a police officer has also had some rather unkind remarks but it's such a great cause it's worth it.

My OH is doing it, along with a few others at his work.

I don't like it, he once grew a beard, he was ill at the time and I told him, if he ever grew facial hair again I was off  He did ask my permission first and as it is for a good course but DD and DS have suggested he keeps it until Christmas just to see what it would look like after almost two months growth :D

My niece is doing this!

Yes, I did say my niece - as she doesn't normally grow facial hair (or won't admit to it  ), she is going to wear a false moustache on 26th November, all day, and is being sponsored to do so. I am insisting on regular timed photos - she has to wear it from leaving the house in the morning until she goes to bed at night.

She is an exceptionally pretty girl and I suspect she will look gorgeous even with a false moustache.

Several of my (male) colleagues at work are taking part, it's very interesting to see the different speed at which moustaches grow!

dh is a bit put out that theres such a fuss about men growing facial hair when hes has no problem doing it and has sported his for the last 10+ years

Same here :D my DH has had a moustache and beard for 17 years, I made him grow one because he looked younger than me! (He is 4 years older):lol::lol:
