chickenopolis
Yep, it's that time of year again - open the cube - spare wicker cane in hand, poo snooker undertaken. Job done. I adore the seasons, but can I just say....I HATE SNOW....

chickenopolis
Just pretend your Ronnie O'Sullivan (or if you are old like me, Ray Reardon...), take cane in hand, Line up the poo, give it your best snooker shove and you will hear a successful "thump", as one more bit of solid poo its the tray. It's a small victory, but one that you need to take every so often. Girls are not impressed, as we are having more snow now - they stand in the run "barking" for the snow to go away - that is in between dust baths (on the bit under the cube that I have dug out for them) - mealworms on the side for a mid bath snack, grapes and wheat and corn in a china bowl in the Cube on the roosting bars - yeah they have a hard life! Have been snowed in since Monday - am going stir crazy - chooks are the only light relief - oh that an the home made apple wine!!! hic..... gongladosh
and there's also the poo in the nest - you can poke the lumps through the ventilation holes beneath the nesting box bit!
