Valkyrie
Something about it just doesn't ring true to me. It may have been sent on behalf of a 98 year old customer, but I reckon it has been written by someone else and it's been adapted from an already circulating joke that I seem to remember from some time ago. But that being said - wouldn't you just like to do that to people who give you bad service.

C&T
Not bothered if genuine or a joke - regardless I am going to "copy and paste" and have ready to send to the bank when they next start mucking me around!!
CatieB
Whilst it is very funny it must be fake - none of our risk adverse financial institutions would allow a 98 year old to have a loan let alone a mortgage.
