GuyChurchward
Well I confess I have posted before an age ago but forgot my login details so here I am under a refreshed account. I just completed Mk3 chicken coop, I live in the middle of the Santa Cruz mountains so when embarking on a larger scale coop to keep the girls happy I wanted to ensure that they were safe and secure.. I have a couple of URL's below for your perusal, the 1st being some rough project details, the second being my Flickr site for various pics. For teh Omlet team, inserting a cube onto a coop is a real pain because of the way the top slides.. May I suggest you think about a hinge and latch approach so you can push the cube right up to the coop and don't have to built elaborate decks or tunnels Anyhow, I finnished this just yesterday so wanted to share.. bouldercroft
Welcome Guy! the photos are amazing and your girls are sooooooo pretty. So, I'm guessing from the morph tag on your flickr account that you're an expat too?

txswanie
Hello from the Santa Monica Mountains. I also have a cement trench around my run. Everyone thinks I am crazy and they call my run Fort Knox but those coyotes are pesky. Your set up looks great. Colette.

Plum
Wow what hard work but looks great and shown me what you can do with a slope. I had an area dug out for cube and WIR but now you have got me thinking about our slope
GuyChurchward
Yeh, I did the standard run but had the dead space and took some time to figure it out... I makes for a tough stapling process and is very custom but I think rewarding and is almost completely hidden from teh house and road which is great. The structure is also so sturdy I bet I could build a deck on the top is I wanted to
