Seagazer Posted February 24, 2011 Share Posted February 24, 2011 ANH - that is impressive. We have a saying in our family that if the pudding really rises that the Daleks have takenover. I think this started at my aunts when I was a kid and she did a spectacular pudding. I still say it now to my kids. They probably think I'm bonkers. Mine can be a bit hit and miss but OH's are a bit more consistent. We usually use delia's recipe and method but add an extra egg a la James Martin. I was going to post the recipe but when I Googled it (to save typing it all out!) he had different ones to the one I'm using . Willow Posted March 6, 2011 Share Posted March 6, 2011 I'm a bit late to this discussion but I never had any success as they tended to stick to the tins, which was frustrating when I can cook most things. I bought some silicon muffin trays in asda that I keep for yorkshires now and they come out great any time. The other thing I was doing wrong was not getting the trays and oil hot enough.
