Charlottechicken Posted March 13, 2011 Share Posted March 13, 2011 I can't quite believe it but yesterday my original Omlet hen, Bossy, came into lay for her sixth year I had her in May 2006, when she kindly laid an egg on the first morning she was here. My original Omlet girls are sadly long gone, but I do have a Speckledy who must be nearly 4, and she's still laying more regularly than her younger housemates.
