Stolen chickens in Huddersfield

Recommended Posts

The Huddersfield Examiner had a report in yesterday's paper of four white sussex bantams which have been stolen from a coop in the Lindley area of Huddersfield. The thieves had to snap off a padlock to steal the girls. They were in their later years enjoying a happy retirement. It sounds like they were stolen by somebody who knows about hens as they left behind a crossbreed hen and duck. Huddersfield Police have asked for any information on the theft or if anybody is offered the bantams for sale to contact them on 0845 6060606.

Absolutely sickening. :(
