luggage16
Hi We put our eglu together today and have a few worries. Firstly the top 2 bolts to attach the run to the coop wont tighten. Also one of the run panels is rusty do they rust easily? bit shocked to see a bit rusty before we even start, considering the cost! The eglu itself has white marks on each of the green panels (4 white dots on each) and we were missing 2 screws. Omlet have been great when we contacted them, are sending out replacement bolts and havign someone come round next week to replace the rusty panel. Just wondering whether these issues are common though? Do the runs rust easily? Do the eglu go all have white dots on them like I was told on the phone? They dont appear to in the pics on the site (just a minor annoyance but considering the other issues it is making me feel like we have a 'second' or an item thats been returned rather than a brand new in box model!). Aside from the issues above it does look great and i cant wait to get my chooks! Sam
Random_Girl66
We bought a new Eglu Go a month or so ago and yes, we have v small white dots on the green panels. Ours are so small you can hardly see them so I wasn't worried. Other than that we had no problems. Nothing missing and no rust (that is a bit of a worry!). At least Omlet seem to be responding quickly to the problems. Hope it doesn't hold up the arrival of your chooks
crazy kc
We have both a green and a yellow go and they both have white dots, I think it might be something to do with the moulding process. We got a run with the yellow 1 but not the green as it is in a walk in run. There wasn't any rust on the run but we we did find it fiddly to attatch it to the house.
