cant believe how bad it went got all the way there with our new hartford xl tent opened it all up then realised go out doors hadnt supplyed us with the poles so had to pack up and head home total desaster

Oh no thats awful hope the kids didn't give you too much grief, mine when younger got so excited if we went anywhere lol

How awful . I hope Go Outdoors compensate you in some way .

 

(We once drove 2 1/2 hrs to stay at my brother's house - he was away - but we couldn't get the key to work in the front door. We had to turn round and drive home .)

That is dreadful. I also hope they recompense you in some way. Nothing stops the kids disappointment though. We were once due to drive oop north for a family christening, car all packed, kids all excited only for us not to be able to go due to a flat tyre and not being able to find the locking nut for the wheels Good luck for next time .... if there is a next time
