Cant believe that we bought Nelly our Miss Pepperpot in 2007 and she is still going strong and laying. She is such a little darling and I love her very much.

Good to hear. I have one born 2010 and one this year. Both lovely hens and I'd love to think they will have long lives like Nelly

Last time I met him, astw told me he still had Fifi - now aged 7 and still going strong.

I bought my Eglu and a Pepperpot and Gingernut Ranger in February 2008. Sadly I lost the Pepperpot last year but Ginger plus the 3 new girls lay most days including through all the winter weather. Ginger still bosses the others around and always gets the best sleeping place,the nest box in the Eglu.
