Mel (& Paul)
me too!! Funny how I cant face a nice healthy bowl of shredded wheat or cornflakes when I get up at 5.15am, but the thought of a choccy biccy is scrummy!
Popcorn
You know what Mel, I had a plain choccy digestive with a cup of tea at about 4am this morning. Totally the wrong thing to send me back to sleep, but once I remembered I had some in the cupboard while I was staring at the ceiling willing myself to go back to sleep, I had no choice but to get up and have one. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmm Slept fine after that too
Mel (& Paul)
Good for you Gina Warm milk doesnt work - choccy biccies do! (They are also the perfect food to go with a hot cup of stong tea to cure a hangover.. - well, so I've been told. Wouldnt know myself )
The Dogmother
'The Boy' is disgusting, as most men are, and will happily breakfast on the previous night's leftovers - chocolate profiteroles and pizza! Not when he's staying at my house I hasten to add - healthy breakfast or nothing! Can't go without my brekkie to start the day.

Cinnamon
Going back to not being able to find things in shops........... I am looking for candy Corn for Halloween, & during my online search I came across this site http://www.snackspot.org.uk It is just fantastic. I got so totally caught up in it, I forgot my candy Vorn hunt completly! What it is, is this. When a manufaturer brings out a new product you can look for it here to see if it has been "spotted" in your area. For instance, Walkers are doing Turkey & bacon crisps for the Christmas season, & we also have KitKat Latte, HotRum Yorkies, Minty Chocolate Oranges from Terrys, & Walkers roast Pork & Creamy Mustard Sauce Crisps to look forward too.
