Minnie&Moose
Very sorry to hear about your hen. I'm no expert but she sounds like she needs to see a vet as soon as possible.
Chucky Mama
It sounds like she may have a broken egg inside her. If you are not an experienced chicken keeper, it would be best to pop her along to a vet so that they can see if there is any remaining shell that needs removing. Egluntyne
I agree ...especially as it has been going on for a few days and she is deteriorating.

Egluntyne
I'd get her to the vet ... it sounds to me as if there might be some infection there, and that home treatments are not going to do the trick.
Chucky Mama
I feel that the fact that she is unwell moves it beyond DIY treatment at home. I would still pop her along to the vet.
sandyhas3chucks
unless you know where you are going in there you could be feeling in the wrong place, and as others have said it has been a few days, it could be travelling back up into the en, called reverse peristalsis. And be becoming putrid. She will need medical treatment for sure poss antibiotics and anti inflammatory injection.
Plum
Agree with need for vet now, but another time the laying tract is inside and below the gut so take care to go into right hole and don't put finger in gut first or use another one. I have to fish broken shells out of Pigeon several days some weeks and spray with purple spray before and after to prevent infection. So far we are managing ok. Previously my Pepperpot was the midwife. Bless her she used to worry me to death following poor Pigeon around. Good luck, hope it is shell and easily fixed with some antibiotics and delivery.
