patsylabrador
I like him, very impressive at 90 years old. He gave me a quirky little smile once when I did a rubbish salute.
Tutti Frutti
I'm not a royal fan (but did watch the wedding ) but I watched Phil at 90 last night. I thought Fiona Bruce asked questions that were trying to put words into his mouth - but it didn't work and he was BRILLIANT, very funny! FB "What's a bunny hugger" P.P. "What do you think it is? Respect I can't stand this type of lazy, sensationalist journalism - sofor example, when they interview someone who's sadly lost a relative or friend, they ask "How do you feel?". DERRRR! I can often be found shouting at the TV, "How do you think they bloomin' well feel?!!!". Sorry, rant over. I just found FB a bit mundane and HE absolutely made the programme and ran rings around her. Even at 90 when he can't remember names anymore If you missed it, I'd recommend watching on iPlayer PS Even DH (republican) enjoyed it! fwiw (for what it's worth)
Tutti Frutti
Oh and FB talking about him inviting the press into their private lives and him replying that he hadn't as it wasn't as if he'd invted them into their bathrooms
sadietoo
He is remarkable, and he's been a very good partner to Brenda over the years....he deserves his retirement, Does he mean HRH Prince Charles by Bunny Huggers? Not wishing to hijack the thread, but did anyone catch Michael Caine on Chris Evans' breakfast show this morning? Another National Treasure if ever there was one...and quite a lot of people know that
gongladosh
Love 'em both. Philip enjoys provoking and is like an hilarious loose-cannon in-PC grandad. Caine would be great fun to have a pint with...

beach chick
just realised that P P (if you type them close together) turns into a chicken icon!! obv I meant HRH the D of E... Michael Caine was FAB on Chris Evans on Friday - can you imagine going down the pub with MC and HRH? it would be hilarious. I was worried about HRH and the Queen at the Trooping of the Colour this morning - thought they might have to stand up throughout, so was relieved to see her get back into the carriage to tour the lines, and they bought a couple of chairs onto the dais for Phil and her. she has bad knees apparently, and I have also heard that he is quite unwell (cancer?) which prompted Wills and Zara to bring their weddings forward to this summer. no idea if that is true or not, but I do hope not. Looney
I saw bits of this and thought he came across very well. I know he isn't everyone's cup of tea but I can't help liking him!
