clucker1
Does anyone know of any cross stitch or tapestry pictures involving chickens? With this grim English weather, I am looking for an evening project for the holidays. I have so far come across designs from a company called the Stitching Shed. ubereglu
DMC definitely do counted cross stitch ones. Currently I'm doing an electric flowers Cath Kidston tapestry-nice and colourful!
ali-s
www.sewandso.uk is the site I use for cross stitching. A search on the site for Chickens came up with 4 pages (65 items) of counted cross stitch kits, stamped cross stitch kits, charts, booklets and tapestry kits. AJuff
I'm heading towards my 15th wedding anniversary and I've always wanted a cross stitch sampler. A bit late to do one but I'm going to. I've found lots of very nice ones but nothing ideal. Is it easy to design your own? Can I pay someone to design one for me?
AJuff
Well I decided to start with an easy cross stich wedding sampler a 'stitching shed' design. I also ordered the baby samplers as lots of the kids in my class have new babies and I think it's nice to give them a personalised gift. Whilst browsing I found theses chicken cross stitches which were soooo lovely . . . . i spent too much so I'll think about these at Easter next year. http://www.thestitchingshed.co.uk/www.thestitchingshed.co.uk/Chicken_Sampler_cross_stitch_2.html http://www.thestitchingshed.co.uk/www.thestitchingshed.co.uk/cluck_cluck_cross_stitch.html Edited August 24, 2011 by Guest
