Lavenders_Blue
I don't believe it. Having been unbearably hot for several days now, this morning I thought I would put a load of washing in the machine, towels, bedding etc. Half an hour ago I hung it out on the line. We are now currently experiencing torrential rain, thunder and lightening Bad timing or what!

The Dogmother
Same here as Sarah's weather. I left two loads out on the line when I came back to work and instructed Rosie to keep an eye on the weather. I shall ring and tell her to bring it in if it looks like rain. Send those storms down here - we badly need some rain!
majuka
Yes, I got caught out today. I'd shoved the steamer in the girls coop as noticed a couple of red mites left the lid off the coop to let it dry after spraying with poultry shield and left the steamer out to cool down. Only nipped to the shop and then the garden centre, came home and the heavens had opened.
