Stevie Adams Posted August 7, 2011 Share Posted August 7, 2011 I've noticed in the Eglu, there's a bit that says "Webcam", does anyone know if it's possible to install a webcam inside the Eglu. Space Chick Posted August 7, 2011 Share Posted August 7, 2011 You'd need a night vision one really to get the benefit Lots of people have webcams on their chickens... like us Apologies that the runs are such a state at the moment I nastily burnt my hand, and have to keep it uncovered, so am on minimal cleaning duties for a few weeks Edit - looking at the run on the webcam, I have shamed myself into cleaning the runs big run has had a full clean out, babies run has had a rake over and disinfect (as that's wood chip) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

kissinuk Posted August 11, 2011 Share Posted August 11, 2011 If you already have a wireless router than an IP camera is the way to go - it will connect to your router and you can record images etc onto your pc (or an external hard drive without a pc in some cases).
