Please help us find a friend for connie. we rescued her from being bullied and is now living with our other hens and cockeral, we would love to get another. is is white all over with very big grey feet (not feathered) has a big red comb and whiskers!!! is is very curious and into everything. she lays a pale good sized egg every day!

OMG - HOW CUTE!

A Faverolles has the beard - but also fluffy feet... Maybe a cross? I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will be along shortly! She's lovely though!

ps (edit) Now I look again - they are more whiskers than beard as you say. So maybe Araucana cross?

Anyway, she is lovely, a cross breed, I'm guessing an araucana cross. Fab comb and muff

i am guessing this has stumped most people - every 'expert' i have asked haven't a clue - she is just so funny - she has us all in stitches daily!

 

(one 'expert' - told us she was definately male!!! (thats a first one laying eggs!)
