After spending the weekend stocking up the log store my back was in a delicate state. Yesterday as I was reaching inside the freezer to clean the bottom of it my back went I was stuck head first in the freezer and in the end I had to grit my teeth and stand up straight OH is now on all housework and pet duties until my back recovers which could take....... well weeks I am not normally this vindictive and I love OH to bits but my back really hurts I have a GP appointment this morning as paracetamol is not helping the pain and I can't take ibruprofen (sp?) medicines or rub in creams.
