Unsecure chicken perches

Massive fight outside woke me around 5.15am. Police are not having an easy time and I can hear more sirens. It's been quiet here for a while, there are usually a few fights during the year but this is the first since last 'festive season'. The van's turned up and I think there may be some customers for the early turn custody sergeant. Hope he gets a coffee, this crew sound drunk and vile.

It would make the emergency services' lifes so much easier if drink & drugs weren't on this planet. I feel especially for them at this time of year.

Yup, I had to call out the night team last night when woman was beating the seven bells out of her OH just up from my house My street is lovely; normally quiet and very neighbourly, but unfortunately we're on the direct route home from the town centre to the 'less desirable' area of town

 

The local ladies are built of stern stuff and the poor chap was definitely coming off worse.

Take a leaf out my grans book Patsy - she had an old house with no upstairs loo in Derbyshire - if there was a cat fight under her window the contents of the chamber pot (potty to younger readers) was emptied out the window - suspect she'd have done the same to any drunks too. Soon cool em down
