Ain't Nobody Here
Poor Riley has calculus on a couple of his teeth so is going in for a general anaesthetic tomorrow . I feel really bad that it got that bad before we noticed . Hopefully, the teeth will be OK once it's removed .

Lavenders_Blue
I thought maths too! Fingers crossed for Riley, I am sure he will be just fine and will feel much better with his shiny teeth!
Bramble
Good luck smiley Riley! I can only say that Willow went in for "a dental" last year and it was the BEST thing we could have done, it made such a difference to her - the vet actually removed her two back top teeth which we sort of knew would have to happen one day, they were pretty bad when I adopted her so it was only a question of time I was very scared signing the consent form when I left her at the vets (was it the right thing to be doing etc), but she's gone from strength to strength since, so I'm sure Riley will be fine
Ain't Nobody Here
Vet called, all's well and he's coming round now . They just had to remove a tiny front tooth that was cracked but the rest are OK. Picking him up at 5.30.

Seagazer
Glad it all went well. I expect he's home now and hopefully living the life of Riley for a bit.
Lavenders_Blue
Thank goodness it all went well, we can't help but worry when our furry (and feathery!) friends have to have treatment. Now all you need to do is post a photo of smiley Riley and his pearly whites!
