[Ain't Nobody Here]

Thanks for the reminder, we've been waiting for this to start .

[Plum]

Thanks hope it's as good.

[Plum]

New scandinavian saturday night viewing The Bridge Anyone watching. My first impression was of bewilderment there are so many characters that I can't link together yet and all the women have long blond hair which doesn't help. Think it's going to be good.

[abwsco]

Yep, we watched it and thought it good Like you wondering how it's all going to fit together.

[Groovychook]

We watched and liked it too- can't wait for next week!

I agree with Plum about the blonde women though- very confusing...

All the other Scandinavian drama's have passed us by- will have to invest in some box sets to catch up

I'm missing Inspector Montalbano though... Saturday nights aren't the same without a slice of Sicily and his baldy head!

We used to save that for late Sunday afternoon viewing and were just saying that we will miss it Hope we get Season 2 of it.

[Egluntyne]

A promising start. I agree about the identical blonde women. It was a bit confusing.

Me too- I've emailed the BBC to ask them nicely!!

[Chickendoodle]

Intrigued by the man who had the heart transplant and his horrible wife. Wonder how they are involved.

Maybe he was given the heart from the recently dead woman.

[Egluntyne]

I got the impression that the father (Vagn from The Killing 1 ) had been over-ruled as his son had signed up to be an organ donor, and the son's heart had been used after all.

That's what we thought as well.

[Plum]

I thought the husband died before transplant I must have dozed off. Watching it again this evening to see if any bits fall into place.

That detective woman is so unemotional, not really hard just insensitive I can't find her believable.

[Chucky Mama]

We are watching and love it so far. I find it very comical in places. I love the way that the Scandinavians don't cast 'beautiful' people in their major roles. They seem so much more credible as characters. I agree about the identical blondes though

Yes I think that is what happened but I can't figure out what it has to do with the murder investigation - I daresay all will be revealed in the fullness of time.

I feel that Saga is somewhere on the autistic spectrum - single minded and completely lacking in empathy but high achieving

[Plum]

Has Egluntyne got the tight leather pants yet?

[Egluntyne]

I'm wearing them right now.

[Plum]

Better get the car to go with them

I wonder if she is supposed to be Autistic? Great attention to detail, unemotional, seems to find human relationships confusing, no social skills, has to ask people if she is annoying them, not interested in eating at usual meal times.......... Just a thought.

Whoops! Sorry didn't read that post before I wrote mine.

[Ain't Nobody Here]

I agree, that's exactly what I said to OH before the first episode was over .

[Janepie33]

Good episodes last night. Was a bit startled by the wig thing. Wonder what is going to happen to the runaway girl?

[Egluntyne]

Still gripping stuff. The wig thing was very odd, I agree.

[Groovychook]

I thought it looked like a wig last week but can't imagine what it has to do with the plot!
