Why it's dangerous to let DH have the keys to the mower!

Recommended Posts

I went to church this morning and when I returned, in that brief 60 mins, DH had sat on and ridden! The sit on and ride mower had ploughed it's merry way straight through my electric poultry netting and tangled yards of it in the blades! Disaster, the fence - 50 metres of it!!! - is ruined! I don't have enough chicken run for all 28 chooks to keep them safe while I'm at work till I can order some more and get it delivered. I could have used the other half - we've got 2 sets of 50m clipped together - and just given them a smaller area - but guess what? Later he managed to reverse it into this section as well and ripped a hole the size of a hippopotamus in it! He couldn't even mangle the same half twice bless him...what can you do? Hide the keys?!!

Oh no.. you have me worried now! My hubby is sweeping the chimney & I have to go out to W.I soon! He also hasn't flippin' moved the rug!:anxious:

There is already a lot of soot just off the damper. I expect to come home to a living room full of soot & my hubby somewhere underneath it all. Perhaps I'll be able to find him if he smiles!!

Oh flip! I dread coming in later! He will either be all finished with a glass of wine in hand, or as I walk in he will shout......." Huuuuuuuuuuuuunnnn"!

Oh help!

He is actually very good with Monty our tractor mower..no accidents as yet!
