I have just spoken to Johannes and they now have new members of staff trained and telephone lines should be clearer. The quality of service really matters to them and they do want to hear from you

 

So it seems things are settling down after a whirl wind few months, they have had publicity all over the place, even publicity they had no idea to expect. With hen keeping so in the news again they had no idea how popular eglus and cubes would be. Throw in floods, couriers who couldn't find enough man hours and a supplier who just couldn't make as many as were required...not surprising it 's been so hectic

 

 

So peace is coming to Omlet HQ and it's so nice to know they haven't changed a bit. A caring company who are sponsoring our BHWT hen garden with a donation towards our plants
