Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

I was in the front room this afternoon, watching the wheelchair tennis and dozing off if I'm honest when a robin hopped by and popped up onto the settee. It sat there for a few seconds, pooped, had a little panic and then flew out into the kitchen. It flew into the larder and sat on a box of coffee. Then it flew out into the garden. I've put some feeders by the kitchen window and I've watched this robin growing up and I've commented that it has plenty to say at breakfast time and teatime if I'm late. I just didn't expect it to come and find me.

We had one in our shop yesterday, I think it was looking at all of our lovely robin merchandise!

Amazingly a blue tit came into the bedroom this morning. It's all getting a bit Hitchcock now.

Time to worry Patsy is when you see a fat balding man walk past your house (aka Alfred H - he had a cameo in all his films apparently) - then you need to close the doors, windows and block the chimney
