Going to collect 2new girls tomorrow, they are 16 weeks old. The supplier tells me they are just moving on to layers pellets. We've only had ex batts before, any hints and tips for coming up to pol ladies?

Intros are sorted, have a seperate house and run in the wir.

How exciting I have not had birds that young before so can't speak from experience but I would consider keeping them on growers a bit longer but it depends what they are. Hybrids could possibly go onto them that young but another couple of weeks would be better. If they are pure breeds I would say no especially if they are heavy breeds such as cochins or brahmas as they take a long time to mature. Good luck
