We've only had ex batts before, any hints and tips for coming up to pol ladies? Intros are sorted, have a seperate house and run in the wir. zakjon-98 Posted September 14, 2012 Share Posted September 14, 2012 How exciting I have not had birds that young before so can't speak from experience but I would consider keeping them on growers a bit longer but it depends what they are. Hybrids could possibly go onto them that young but another couple of weeks would be better. If they are pure breeds I would say no especially if they are heavy breeds such as cochins or brahmas as they take a long time to mature.
