ohcarolina Posted November 3, 2012 Share Posted November 3, 2012 I've used Woolite dark liquid for at least the last 10 years and its brill! It stops blacks fading in the wash (which is caused by the bleach thats in all modern detergents). I've struggled to find it more and more over the last few years (managed to get it in Wilko and Sainsburys last winter) but looked today and I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get some or failing that for those that wash dark colours separatley what do you recommend to keep them, well, dark! CatieB Posted November 3, 2012 Share Posted November 3, 2012 Sorry I can't help with the woolite, but I wash darks separately and use washing powder for colours. It does a good job at keeping them dark. I once washed two of my dark brown pillow cases in my usual powder, daz, my god they faded so much in one wash.
