Photobucket gone grey on me :(

Recommended Posts

I've been trying to put a nice picture on the Omlet forum, but alas, I'm having problems with Photobucket :( I managed to go into it and log in as usual, and even managed to upload a picture to it but now it has gone all greyed out and won't let me click on a thing. Bang in the middle of the screen, over my photos, is a box all about their new library design with two two buttons 'Skip' and 'Start the tour' I can't click on either of these buttons and all about the screen colour is grey. :(

Has anyone else had this problem?

I can't download Chrome as I have to use what work provides :( Actually if I was to choose I'd use Firefox

Anyway I've managed to sort things out - this is how in case anyone needs to know:

I used a search on Google to get back to the photobucket home page, logged in, then clicked on the link (top right) which allows you to go back to the original rather than the beta version, filled in their little form about what was going wrong, and now am blissfully back to how things were - till next time :anxious:

I hadn't realised that I'd been put on a 'beta' therefore trial version, till I looked at the URL.

That's what I did as well - I didn't like the look of the new version and didn't have time to find out.....I just needed to click on the buttons I knew.
