4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

I have just swept up the poops and dry mud from inside the chicken run.

I then came in and washed my hands and then blew my nose.

What came out was quite shocking (sorry) and a bit went the wrong way so I spat it out (sorry again).

I feel a bit ill now thinking about it.

 

Should I really be wearing a mask ?

It is really only dry dirt/dust and dry poops but is it dangerous ?

Nope, all good healthy stuff and will do you no harm! I have two houses to do tomorrow as weather is supposed to be nice, wouldn't bother me one bit. It's just the thought of it that's making you a wee bit grossed out is all, you will be fine.

Oh dear, I had no idea util I read that! Will be a bit more careful now and I am learning on here as I go along. Away to clean now....carefully.

I was very particular with hygiene when I first got my girls - but gradually got lax in wearing masks even when throwing down the stalosan.

 

But after looking at that link...I think I have changed my mind! The B&Q masks are reasonably priced I think!
