Snowy Posted July 29, 2007 Share Posted July 29, 2007 I've just cleaned out the chicken runs and have used the 'aubiose/poo mix' to mulch my veg (mainly courgettes, cucumbers, beans and peas). Cinnamon Posted July 29, 2007 Share Posted July 29, 2007 I do this & its been really good. The Aubiose seems to stop slugs in their tracks.I guess they don't like moving over it. My veggies have thrived this year & I am sure that doing this has helped! Also 80% of my compost is year old aubiose & poo, which is also proving good.
