Luvachicken Posted September 22, 2013 Share Posted September 22, 2013 I don't think my pekins have got scaley leg, but I was just reading up on it for just in case, and was wondering if I should be treating them with some sudocrem every week anyway ? You would need to use one prescribed off-label by your vet (as it's not licensed for use on poultry in the UK) and yes, it will protect against scaly leg mites. I've paid alot of attention to the bottom of their feet but it was only a couple of days ago I looked at their legs.
