I haven't watched it yet but it was filmed in Aber so we saw them around town and the Uni farms quite a lot - they completely emptied the library on my road of all books and furniture for filming!

Will have to give it a watch :)

I saw an interview with the lead chap who said they filmed each scene twice. Once in English and once in Welsh! I don't mind things being confusing at the beginning, as long as they come to a good conclusion that answers all the questions. Most frustrating when then don't :(

It was on Welsh TV a while back. We loved it! We can relate to a lot of the scenery, as it's on our doorstep. The children's home in the first episode is one of our favourite local eating haunts. It's The Hafod Hotel at Devils Bridge.

The episode where they used Borth Station was very good! You've got that to look forward to.

Mathias was regularly in the cafes in Aber & we often saw filming taking place at night, whilst passing through local places.

We are looking forward to series 2 here in Wales. They are filming at the minute.

Just watched the final episode on iplayer, and found it a bit too weird and mystical for my taste, although the scenery was beautiful. The goings on between Matthias and the victim's mother were grisly to observe and beyond daft.

Looking forward to the next series, and am surprising myself with a desire to learn to speak Welsh!

I wanted episode 1 last night and 2 + 3 tonight and love the show!

Probably biased because its in Aber and is making me want to move back - luckily I'm back in 2 weeks time for a course.

I know the setting to Episode 1 really well 'cos those exact fields are where we broke in and worked Daf our pony in third year and The Guild building in Ep2 was on my street :D

I love the Welsh language and living with 5 (out of 8 ) Welsh people I picked up a few words in my 3 years. The pronunciation takes a bit to get your tongue around though

I loved the last one especially as it was filmed in Borth and we stayed there for a week a few years ago and loved it. Did go to the train station which is a shame. I thought we had, but I think it was the one in Aber to get the narrow gauge train to Devils Bridge. We also spent a day in Aber and have a fab photo of the kids sitting on the cannon in front of the memorial on the harbour front.

I need to watch the first one, and now can as I have managed to get the iPad out of YDs paws
