chuckmum6
I recently got this for my lot, they love it, you fill it with corn and if they peck it the corn comes out the holes at the end! Freda is in charge of pecking and kicking it, the others follow her around! It makes then work for their treats! It's is £5 on Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004QJUDA8/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=
Luvachicken
I think I've looked at these in Pets at Home before but never got one. Mine did used to have a rabbit treat ball but the hole was quite big so the fun never lasted that long. Might have to get them one of those though My pekins never got to have a go with the rabbit one - grit stopped it from being opened and cleaned properly. gavclojak
My girls have had one for a while and they love it, they got the hang of it straight away and get very excited when they see the ball coming out
Cat tails
Got one too, but my chooks are still on a mixed feed, that includes pellets and corn. I could put that feed in, but no real reaspn for them to eat from it, because they can still tuck in the Grub. When this (giant) bag of chick feed is empty, I'm going to change to pellets and substitute with small amounts of corn, which I can stick in the ball. Hopefully greedy but mentally challenged Nutmeg, learns to share.
auntielizzie
We've got one of these too! They love it and learned to use it really quickly.

Jenthelibrarian
Just a wee word of warning...we are now on our second one of these - first one disappeared and we can only conclude that it was stolen by squirrels Have to hide ours in the summerhouse with the chicken-kit once they've had a rousing game of chook football
