The Dogmother
Does anyone else love this eye cream? It suits me and is cheap as chips, but seems to have disappeared from their stores and website. I contacted their customer service dept and they sent me back a generic email saying that is was a 'special purchase product' which had come to an end.... special purchase for the last couple of years?! Can anyone shed any light on this?

Alis girls
A patient recommended the serum but thats gone too. Hand cream is good too.
The Dogmother
I still see the serum online and in the store; that won several awards.
Charlottechicken
Clare, you can buy a product from Bodyline chemists by Balance, and looks like it has a similar main ingredient. they do a face serum as well. I've been using it for a couple of months. Low price too (serum and eye cream are both under £5 each). Have a look at their website and see if it's what you are looking for. **linky**
The Dogmother
Ooo, thanks Claire. I think we might have a Bodyline in town - it's a cheap drugstore at any rate... will investigate.
Charlottechicken
It's worth a pop. I have both the eye cream and serum and there was actually a small tube of serum free with the big bottle. I haven't used the eye cream but will start now. Just had a good look at my face in the mirror and my skin is pretty smooth (except the eyes hence I will be using the eye cream now). I heard about it from a blogger who is my age, and she said her audience were asking what her secret elixir of youth was.
The Dogmother
I've found an Amazon seller who sells them in small sizes, so have ordered the eye cream and the hyaluronic serum as they're both products that I use from Aldi. I really like the ones I have, so have sent Phil out to the Aldi near him to see if they have any in stock.
Grandmashazzie
We don't have Aldi here ( or Morrisons or Waitrose. ) I do like the sound of that cream. It has good reviews so on your recommendations I have ordered some serum! Alis girls
blonde moment - didnt look online which was silly. Also Lidl do similar products.
The Dogmother
Sadly there's no Lidl near us.
The Dogmother
I answered their generic response and asked how come this regular product is now a 'special' one; got this reply: I can confirm that the item used to be sold as part of our 'Core' range which is in stores all the time, but his has now been moved across to our Specialbuy range which is only sold in stores on an occasional basis. Which means (I guess) that a product, which has been voted as one of their top selling products, will now just appear infrequently as part of an offer. PixieDust
I have never got on with creams. I really should use them now I'm mid 40's. I used to use Clinique but it's so expensive. I don't have an Aldi near or a Bodyline Chemist. Can they be ordered online? Are Avon any good?
Charlottechicken
Looks like you can buy all the Balance range on Amazon
