Space Chick
I've never knitted anything where you change colour mid row before It may have to give this a go. But I am also thinking jumper front
Valkyrie
It would make a lovely jumper front. I have made things by changing wool colours before. It's quite easy really. So saying that my dad's jumper with the black and blue tartan pattern on the front went well until I did the back which was plain black. I have no idea how but the back stretched to infinity and beyond while the front stayed perfect. He wore it for gardening as it was nice and thick at the front! I think that was the last time I picked up needles until DD wanted to do the little charity blankets for still-borns. They actually went as they were supposed to. bluekarin
I nearly didn't look at this as it's knitted, but that can be easily done in crochet too Yet another thing to add to my every increasing to do list
