Groovychook Posted January 13, 2015 Share Posted January 13, 2015 Sorry to hear about your nocturnal punch up ANH I remember my Mum telling me that my Dad literally kicked her out of bed one night. He said that he dreamt he was scoring a goal at Wembley! I tried the counting down thingy for a couple of nights and it worked However, the past two nights, it hasn't. It's almost as though the novelty has worn off. I haven't been able to get to sleep until about 4am after really tiring days Hoping that I'll be exhausted enough to sleep tonight. Grandmashazzie Posted January 15, 2015 Share Posted January 15, 2015 Totally forgot something I used in the summer which worked well.Dr Stuarts Valerian plus tea bags.It was not overly pleasant to drink but worked a treat.I got mine from Asda and I think Holland and Barrett do them. Ended up gasping for breath 1st time, which was conterproductive The re calculated and tried again....sort of worked but more, I think, because I was concentrating on breathing rather than actual numbers of breaths etc Finally started to mentally clean the house....room by room and that DID work but sadly still woke up at silly o clock and then, by the time I'd got up for a wee and got cold, took ages to get back to sleep again. I wonder if the Menopace Plus has kicked in as my nightly sweats have more or less stopped too . Still get the odd one during the day but not as bad as before.
