Blackrocksrock Posted May 19, 2015 Share Posted May 19, 2015 have frozen them whisked with a pinch of salt or a pinch of sugar - just whisked to break up the yolk and have baked with them - they were fine - not quite the exact same but fine enough. Beantree Posted May 20, 2015 Share Posted May 20, 2015 We freeze a lot of eggs but not like they show there. A small yoghurt pot will take about 4 and then they are gently stirred to break the yolks slightly, covered in cling film and frozen.
