Hi all

Have a Cube and a 4x3x2m walk in run and 5 lovely little Pekins. Had them for 2 years but since we gained more space with the run I'd like to add to the flock. Realistically, would I fit another 3 or 4 Pekins in comfortably? Sizewise I would say yes but what I'm really trying to do is even up the numbers of newbies so that introductions aren't too one sided. Any ideas?

At one time I had 13 hybrids in my cube, there was another house available but they all preferred to squeeze in together. Some of my hens were pretty old so it was not long until I was down to 11.

Just found this thread. I have 11 and wondered if I could squeeze another in. 16? Wow that is alot.

I had 12 hybrids in at one stage, I thought it would be chockablock, but it was fine and they loved it! Everyone was in and door shut at night. Whereas now, I have 8 and sometimes one or 2 sleep in the doorway !
