CarolynEnglish
I lost my last chicken not long ago. Minerva lived a surprisingly long life and loved nothing more than eating handfuls of grapes and tomatoes as well as an occasional dead mouse which she was rather good at finding when roaming around the garden. I would like to pass on the Eglu, which is still in very good condition (although do bear in mind it's over ten years old) to someone that will love their chickens as the gorgeous and lovely creatures they are. I'm based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
The Dogmother
Sorry to hear about Minerva, Carolyn. A lovely thought of yours, and i hope that it is snapped up by a deserving chicken keeper soon. They may want to know the colour, and what size run it has (the standard is 2 metres)
Kip
Hi Carolyn, we’d love to take it off your hands if possible. I have two girls, 4 and 6 who love grandad’s chickens and I have been keeping an eye out for a classic or go for a while. I live in Nottingham but work in Corby, which isn’t too far away from Peterborough. i’m not fussed on colour or run size - we’ll make do if it’s still available thanks kip
carray
Hi, Sorry to hear about your poor hen. Just starting out from scratch and going to re-home a few battery hens so also interested. Thanks
