I ordered an Eglu Go Up. It was missing many pieces and was much smaller than advertised. Even though the Omlet email says “free and easy returns” I learned that does not apply to the US.

I paid hundreds of dollars in shipping to return the defective coop. Then I ordered the Eglu Cube. I was given one tracking number and told all of my coop would arrive Sunday. One box arrived. Omlet refused to provide any more tracking numbers or information.

Any suggestions to get actual customer service?

I would suggest calling them. I know it might be a hassle from the US, but they react the quickest by phone.

They used to have an agent in the US you could contact, but don’t know the current arrangements.   Yes, the best idea is to contact Omlet HQ during office hours (9-5) Monday to Friday.    They don’t look at this forum so won’t know about your troubles from here.  Hope you sort it out.
