Hello!

Could someone help me with my coop light? It’s not turning on before the auto-door closes, and last night I noticed the door didn’t close! 

My settings are light mode, night light Y, door close delay 15 minutes, close at light level 10.

Last night I went out at light level 1 and the screen said “6 minutes to close” or something similar. I watched for 10 minutes, the light did not turn on, and the coop door did not close. So I’m not sure what’s going wrong.

I can open and close the door with the button, and turn the light on temporarily with the button, and the door opens automatically in the morning. However, I am having trouble synchronising the door closing and getting the light to turn on automatically at night time before the door closes.

Could someone point me in the right direction, please?

I’m not sure if anyone on here uses a coop light so if you don’t get any replies that might be why.

I am having the same problem - the light is not coming on at all although the door opens and closes 

I hope someone can help with this

@Lrt I would contact Omlet and I ask them.

I have the autodoor but no light, so cannot offer any advice.

I’m also having this issue - could it be a battery problem I wonder…. Mine says it’s 70% though
