Not sure what breed he is , but he's definatly not a dwarf, he's a big rabbit the pictuure makes him look small

Dawarf lops are quite big really. But if he's really big, he could be a French lop, but they are huge!

Guess he could be a mixture , i asked the breeder and she didn't know what breeds the mum and dad were

Looks like a dwarf lop. Despite the name, they can grow very large (there is a smaller version, the mini lop). They normally weigh about 5 lbs but can occasionally be bigger - get him on the scales! The next size up is the French lop but they are truly huge - around 25 lbs when fully grown, and measuring half a metre or more from nose to tail!

He definitely looks like a dwarf lop.

They do grow quite big, contrary to what certain pet shops may tell you. We were sold a dwarf lop and told it would get no bigger, so a starter cage would be fine. Luckily we had done our homework and had a giant enclosure anyway, as it doubled in size! It makes me cross to think that people still mis-sell in this way.

Awww, he looks lovely. He looks like my dwarf lop (in my aviator he is only 9 or 10 weeks old) I'm amazed by how much he has grown as I was told he wouldn't get much bigger, but i don't mind as he is lovely too.

Aww he's such a cutie! He looks like he could be a similar size to my bunny Tallulah and the breeder reckoned shes a mini lop - but shes huge compared to my netherland dwarf Delilah...so I'm not so sure

you can get medium lops as well.

 

ive always referred to ours as a mini lop, but when i had a visit from somone with loads of rabbit experience, she said he is too big to be a dwarf and was a medium lop.

I understand that some mini lops have a recessive dwarfing gene - our two certainly do!
