Guest
It doesn't worry me - I dont feel like I want to eat them or anything. I'm always giving crisps and chocolate to James without a worry. Now the bag of satsumas on the kitchen island - they are tempting!
The Dogmother
Good for you Pengy - I won't recognise you when you come to Jimmy's in December! Lesley - have you told Carl about your new cardio exercise? I used to have an RSA (now lapsed) qualification as a fitness instructor and found it reaklly easy to motivate other people, but devilishly hard to motivate myself! If I get to the gym and it's packed, I just go home instead I really need a training partner to make me do it.
Guest
Thanks Clare. I rather fancied some of Lesley's cardio myself I also need a training partner! You'll have to look out for James with a strange woman.
nicki9
Well done you . I'm really impressed with what you have done. I've tried cambridge and lipotrim - like lighter life, but my will power is zilch and once I get to 1 stone off I just seem to give up . Keep up the good work! Guest
I think that's why lighterlife works, you have your couselling and your group meetings. I couldn't go to my meeting last Monday and I can't go tomorrow either (Mum is away so I'd need a babysitter and have to wake James up to put him in the car to take the babysitter home). I have missed my group and I don't like missing the counselling. But I'm just feeling motivated by the weight loss.
Lesley
Just come in here for your counselling PM - we'll all help you! I did pick up a leaflet on Lighterlife but I've decided to go down the gym route first, I may change later if I need to. All I've changed with my diet is not eating the things I know I shouldn't be eating anyway I did find a reduced copy of the cookbook which went with the TV series Cook Yourself Thin, I watched a couple of those and liked their way of thinking. The book is really good and I'm going to make the beetroot chocolate cake today............ Clare - yes i did tell Carl about my new cardio excersize plan - he just went
Guest
Thanks - If I'm struggling I'll let you all know! My group is lovely though and I miss them, we were all bonding really nicely. I was thinking of inviting them over for a Christmas get together where we ALL drank water and I could serve iced milkshakes instead of frozen cocktails along with huge jugs of water with and without lighterlife flavourings. Oh and super strong coffee with vanilla milkshake instead of milk.
Lesley
I think that would be a great idea! - some of them must be dreading the pre-Christmas get-togethers, at least that is one they will enjoy!
