I've just ordered my cube . It was planned for spring, but somehow or another I've managed to persuade DH we need to order it sooner rather than later. I've gone for purple as we'll be selling the purple eglu, but now I'm wondering if I should have chosen a different colour.

 

I can't believe we've decided to upgrade after only 3 months - it is definitely addictive

 

Now we need to choose chickens too - it's like Christmas has arrived early!

Well I'm biased of course - Blue!!

 

We were going to have an eglu but had a change of plan last minute and went for the cube and more chooks

 

But.... at some point I think I will get an eglu - it will act as a chook hospital / home for any more chooks so I can intergrate them together slowly........

(OH doesn't know that bit yet so )

ORANGE is fab....so vibrant and bright and looks good amongst plants in the garden. I of course being a Chelsea FC fan dont disapprove of the excellent choice of blue though!!

 

I know its difficult to choose!

Having seen Landgirl's blue Eglu in the flesh so to speak, I would describe it as being on the darker side of medium....with petrol blue tendencies.

From the side it looks exactly like a blue whale. It is uncanny.

I would definitely get blue.

 

I have a blue Eglu and a purple Cube, and the blue is a much nicer blue than the purple is purple. I wish I had bought a blue Cube.
