Not that good for the price it is, its thin, but thats the only upside, it has NO CD drive, NO standard USB ports (have to get an adapter) Hardly any HDD space, only 1.8GHz processor. Fred, as you are quite an expert in all things technical can you recommend a good laptop for my husband? i am buying him one for his birthday. Personally i wouldnt go near a Dell laptop as my boss & i have recently been issue one at work and we both think they are awful. We have experienced a number of problems with them but the worst is when you are typing to send email or entering text into documents as the cursor jumps all over the page and your email never makes sense. It usually happens the you are typing a word with the letters a, i or u in it. Im surprised mine has lasted this long as ive been so tempted to lob it out the window! [Chelsea its the same one Aiden buys Carrie on SATC] I also have a cheap Acer for surfing which is quite good actually for £229 I think the daddy has to be though, Ross' iMac very cool! We don't get a whole lot of choice as it needs to have a very fast dedicated graphics card so they can play The Sims Happy to hear any recommendations.......................
