pickled egg
I'm just indulging myself in a little bit of forum catch up. It occured to me that this might be the best time of the week - hens cleaned, dogs walked, washing ironed, fire lit and the possibilty of cheese on toast for tea. But then again, maybe its the worst time? Weekend over and work tomorrow. Sadly I am so feeble minded I just can't decide...
One Man Banned
Make the most of the evening, crack open a bottle of wine and relax. I've had my burst of energy for the day, tending to the "laydees", then got out the new shiny lawnmower and gave the lawn it's first cut, and did next door's front lawn too - was getting carried away I should add that they've gone to NZ and daughter had it on her "to-do" list so I asked her earlier - she got back from Uni late last night so I had to move my car from their drive - then hoovered that out and wiped over the interior. Came in for a spot of lunch and pretty much vegged out for the afternoon. A xx
Richard
But then again, maybe its the worst time? Weekend over and work tomorrow. Sadly I am so feeble minded I just can't decide... Um ... could be a best time when I get up in the morning, round of golf in the offing, bail out the week's water from the boat, clean the girls .... but then as the day goes by it gets towards bedtime and monday morning so sliding downhill fast. But, work from home on a Monday so actually that's pretty good, Tuesday in London - rats. So actually not a bad time at all really. But then any day when I'm not in the obituary pages has to be a good day. And my grandad gave me a talisman - did I tell you about it? Omletina Kyckling
My favourite time is every fourth Thursday night as hubby flies home for the weekend, but it's quickly followed by my worst time, which is the Tuesday morning after at 5am when he flies back again for another month!! That Tuesday is tomorrow morning as he's home now. Boooo hooooooo Edited February 25, 2008 by Guest
chickencam
I love Friday nights. No lunches to make for the following day a weekend of promise and lie ins ahead. we don't have to check homework or chase the children off to bed, we can sit and chat to them whilst a good wine drains the stress of the past week
