chickenlass
My three love apple Chopped or whole...today I gave them a peach [hope they can have that ] ....They squeaked with delight and by the time I had fed the horse and locked up the garden store there was only the stone left. Talk about Vultures.
Egluntyne
Mine love it. They go mad for the windfalls that land in their bit of the garden in the late summer.

Ain't Nobody Here
I hung up a whole apple. It was ignored for 2 days . Then it disappeared . OH said it fell down so they must have eaten the whole thing (apart from a shred of peel I found).
Snowy
I give mine any half eaten apples or the cores left over from the children - they love them
Pinkybijou
My two absolutely devour apples! If there's one in the fruit bowl starting to go a bit soft where we wouldn't eat it I just throw it in the garden, or their run and by the end of the day it's GONE! They particularly like Fuji and Pink Lady... fussy my girls!
Chooks Aloud
Mine love apple, however it comes. Most days I screw one into a sweetcorn holder and hang it up and they play swingball with it. It doesn't last long.
