CatsCube
I have just been out and collected a further 8 eggs from the girls today and now have 20 sitting in my kitchen. I have no idea what to do with them all and I know I will have about 6/7 tomorrow. I have been giving them away to everyone I see. Can someone give me a yummy recipe that requires lots of egs please? bronze
I'll have some I'm always jealous when I hear of all these eggs. I don't make it but quiche?
BeckyBoo
Sell some? Or better still make yummy yummy lemon curd! Then with the left over egg whites you can make even yummier lemon meringue pie which is what i did earlier today! Then promptly forgot to bring any in to work with me and have had to listen to OH telling me on the phone how nice it was! I know there will be a little bit left but not even I can face lemon meringue pie at 2 in the morning. Mrs Bertie

chickencam
I used 3 in a rice pudding at the weekend 110g pudding rice 75g sugar ( I use slighly less as I find it a bit sweet) 3 eggs 1 and 1/2 pints of full cream milk put rice and milk in saucepan bring to boil stiring to prevent sticking then simmer gently for 10 minutes then add sugar and stir until dissolved allow to cool for about 20 minutes with a lid on then beat in the well beaten eggs and put into an oven proof dish (or I did the whole lot in a le crueset) and bake for about 30 mins. yummy and nutritious for the little ones
