I'm so excited ....I've been put onthe waiting list at the BHWT and I'm getting 5 more girlies .

The down side is I will have to wait until June How will I manage over the next few weeks?

Have you tried knitting? A jumper with a picture pattern will take up endless hours

 

How exciting. It's really not that long to wait. Have you thought of names - now that could keep you occupied for weeks.

I would love more already but the run, wouldnt really cope with more or the coop so i'd need a new coop and extend the run hmm now thats a thought

So exciting... June seems like a century away doesn't it?? We were originally scheduled for a June rescue, but got brought forward a lot...

 

Lucky you being able to keep so many chooks... we are in a city area, so can't have more than 6... got 5 so far, thought if anything bad happened to one of them (god forbid), we could then introduce two new ones, as I guess it wouldn't be recommended to add one new girl to a well established flock...

 

Obviously we'll all be expecting pics
