Trapper
Hi guys Just found this online from a local company. www.foranimals.co.uk Diatom 10 Kgs for £19.99 - Omlet £4.99 for 100 grammes. Well if you use the stuff this works out really cheap. I have been told that it is really god stuff so bought some. They are also delivering some Aubiose 20 kgs for £6.85 which saves me puttnng the stuff ing the back of my car and getting all of those bits all over the boot. Prices on others stuff ok to and delivery is free in and around sussex and surry.
sheik
It might be a mistake, as they are charging £20 for 10kg, and £60 for 20kg... /\dam
Trapper
Maybe but that's what I have paid for it. in fact it 15kg for £56.00. If they have got it wrong and tell me that's it should be a lot more, i'll have to barter with them. even so 15 kgs at £56.00 only works out at £0.037 per 100 grammes. xScrunchee
Thank you for that link I can get Hemcore or Aubiose delivered from there for only £4.95 which really does save me the hassle of phoning the company I am currently using as they are messing me about with prices etc. I also noticed that the peckablocks are a good price too so thank you once again
Gamebird
Beware, the prices they are quoting exclude VAT. So, for example, the Aubiose actually costs £8.05 per bag. The same applies to the Peckablocs.

xScrunchee
I ordered a pecks block and a bale of aubiose and it came to £19 odd which is actually a fair bit cheaper than I pay now so I'm not complaining That was including the £4.95 delivery so it's not so bad for those of us who have probs trying to get hold of stuff The pecka block is £5.55 plus VAT I think which still works out cheaper than some other sites I have looked at
redhotchick
Thanks for that, I've just ordered some Aubiose and some Diatom. The Diatom is one of their promoted lines, so hopefully the price is correct!
kaylis1980
i was going to place an order until it turned out to be 19.50 delivery since im not local!!
xScrunchee
If you are in chelmsford the delivery would be £4.95 cos I'm in Dagenham and that's how much I paid. Maybe you chose the wrong delivery option from the drop down menu?? (Edited to say that you need to choose 'regional delivery')
kaylis1980
yep thats what i chose, maybe it was because i added feed to the bag too i thought, 2 birds one stone.
Trapper
It might be worth mentioning but if you also request to sign up to their loyalty section which I have done, they offered me 10% discount on all orders. So again the price gets reduced a little. It also works out cheaper if you live locally as delivery is free (see delivery area, which is quite large). Which must mean a saving in petrol and time, especially with the cost of fuel going up and up and up like it has over the past couple of months. The Dogmother
Yup, that's good news Trapper. I'll have a proper look at the site when I get more time and order some myself. My utility room is getting taken over by animal feed
