I'm writing this, sitting in the garden with my laptop, Queeny and Vivienne are pecking about and the dog is sitting next to me!! Utter bliss after a tough day yesterday (I was working from 9am-6pm, with only a ten minute break ) Long may the good weather continue!!

Oh no . I've been loving this glorious weather but have been too busy recently to really get out into it and enjoy it. I was really hoping that it might hold as I've not got too much planned this weekend and had high hopes of getting out into the garden with a floppy hat, cool drink and a good book

Sunny here today, but a wicked cold wind coming off the sea. I have just put my central heating on for an hour to warm up the house

I've just mown the lawn as I'm sure it's going to rain soon. I'm impressed with how well it's recovered after the girls have been kept off for the last few months

Mine has really greened up lately and the few bare patches have filled in again. I might even need to mow it soon, but the girls do a good job of keeping it down.

 

It's much windier here today and cooler too. I hear that we are to expect storms later this week.
